ECIIA Banking Forum 2022 | Resilience in challenging times for European Banks

For the fifth edition, ECIIA invites the Chief Audit Executives (and their Deputies) of directly ECB- supervised and European-based banks to participate in the European Banking Forum with the European Banking Regulator and Supervisor.

The virtual event will take place on Tuesday, 4 October 2022 (from 9:30 to 16:00 CET). In addition to sharing experiences and common challenges of the internal audit profession in the banking sector, participants will be able to network with European peers.

The focus topic for this year’s conference will be “Resilience in challenging times for European Banks”. We will discuss various perspectives of resilience (strategic, human, and operational). We will share and discuss best practices for internal audit and share our view with the Regulator. Moreover, we will hear about the regulator’s role and expectations regarding the internal audit functions.
