| The Institute of Internal Auditors Research Foundation (IIARF) is conducting research related to organizations’ efforts in and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Controls (GRC) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Your feedback to this research – of which we will share the results with you – will be critical. The research is intended to provide you and other internal audit professionals with: • Better understanding and clarification of GRC and ERM activities. • Insights into the extent that an effective GRC environment and ERM processes have been developed within different organizations globally. • Better understanding of which internal audit functions can assist in the development of best practices in the area of GRC/ERM.
