John Bendermacher genomineerd als Director-at-Large IIA Global

"The Global Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the nominees for the Executive Committee, Directors at Large, Institute Directors, and North American Directors."

John Bendermacher is samen met drie anderen genomineerd als Director-at-Large van de Global Board of the IIA. Bij de jaarlijkse Business Meeting in Sydney, Australia op 26 juli, wordt er gestemd.

"In accordance with Article X, Section Ic of the Bylaws of The Institute of Internal Auditors, nominees for officers and directors have been selected by the Global Nominating Committee.

These candidates have agreed to serve, subject to election, at the Annual Business Meeting in Sydney, Australia, on July 26, 2017. The new leaders will take office immediately upon election. All members are invited to attend and may vote in person or by proxy. Officers are elected for one-year terms; Institute Directors, North American Directors, and Directors-at-large serve one or two year terms.

The IIA Bylaws provide that additional nominations may be made by the membership provided such nominations are submitted in writing by no fewer than 100 members and are received by the Secretary at least 90 days prior to the Annual Business Meeting. In the event more than one nominee is proposed for any position, a proxy ballot shall be made available to each member of The Institute."
