Hoe komt u in aanmerking voor de CRMA PER?

Let op: door de grote hoevelheid aanvragen momenteel, kan de behandeling van uw CRMA-aanvraag tot 6 weken in beslag nemen. Onze excuses voor de overlast.

1. Download het CRMA aanvraagpakket van deze website
2. Geef uw werkervaring weer op de vijf domeinen van het CRMA programma. NB: u moet per werkgever waar u relevante werkervaring heeft opgedaan een apart formulier invullen.
3. De door u opgetekende werkervaring dient ondertekend te worden door degene die deze verklaring ook kan verifiëren. Indien een voormalig of uw huidige werkgever niet in staat is te tekenen voor uw werkervaring, dan kan het aanvraagformulier ook ondertekend worden door iemand met een actieve CIA, CCSA, CFSA of CGAP certificering.
4. Zodra u alle vereiste informatie heeft verzameld, dient u deze per e-mail toe te sturen aan iia@iia.nl o.v.v. CRMA PER.

CRMA PER aanvragen kunnen tot 31 maart 2013 worden ingediend.
Let op: Bent u niet lid van IIA Nederland dan geldt de sluitingstermijn van 31 december 2012.

NB: De aanvraag dient in het Engels te worden gedaan. Aanvraagformulieren in een andere taal kunnen niet in behandeling worden genomen.


Apply to the CRMA PER (English)

Your attention please: due to the large number of CRMA applications, your application may take up to 6 weeks time. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

How to apply to the CRMA PER?

1. Obtain your CRMA Application packet from your local Institute.
2. Complete the application packet documenting your professional experience with in the 5 domains of the CRMA program. Please note, you will need to submit one form for EACH employer you are claiming experience with.
3. Present your completed Experience Verification form(s) to the person(s) verifying your experience. The verifier will need to attest to your experience as listed on the form and sign and date the form. If your former / current supervisor is not able to sign your verification form, then a person who currently holds an ACTIVE CIA, CCSA, CFSA, or CGAP can sign your form.
4. Once the application packet is complete, return the packet to iia@iia.nl referring to CRMA PER.

CRMA PER applications are extended until 31 March 2013 for members of IIA Netherlands.
Please note that non-members still have the deadline of 31 December 2012.
