CCMS now fully functional

The Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) is now fully restored and functional. The CCMS vendor, Pearson VUE, assures us that its forensic experts have identified the vulnerability that led to the data breach and subsequent system outage and that it has instituted enhanced security measures to deter a recurrence.

For the candidates who use the system directly, the system will now accept applications and registrations for new certification programs or exam parts, as well as CPE reports. Candidates can schedule, reschedule, or take exams, and retrieve official exam scores. CCMS users also can access the Acclaim (badging) platform and request new badges. Documents may be securely submitted to The IIA’s Certification department for review and processing through the Certification Document Upload Portal.
