 On Wednesday 6 March 2013, the ING Bank - CAS Management Team had a dinner at ING Bank Head Office with the external review team of the IIA Netherlands, to evaluate their quality assessment process on ING Bank - CAS. It was again highlighted by the external review team that ING Bank - CAS is a high quality Internal Audit department, which was evidenced by satisfied stakeholders with regard to the quality of the audit reports, good quality of staff, up to standard procedures and a number of best practices in place. A formal certificate of the ‘Generally Conforms’ qualification was handed over to Hans Duivenvoorden (GM ING Bank - CAS) by the chair of the IIA review team, Frans Wolf. |
