Due to technical difficulties, the Candidate Certification Management System (CCMS) is currently down. Pearson Credential Management (PCM), the computer-based testing vendor for CCMS, has informed us that the system will remain inaccessible at least through this week. At this time, there is no further information or timetable from PCM on when CCMS will be fully restored.
We recognize the seriousness of the issue and PCM has assured us that it is working diligently to restore the system. Please be aware the outage does not affect:
- Test delivery, as tests are still being delivered and individuals who are fully registered are able to schedule or reschedule testing. However, test results are pending restoration of the system
- Access to the Acclaim (badging) platform, though no new badges will be issued until the system is restored
- The Certification Document Upload Portal
- The Institute Center for Membership is also fully functional
The Institute Center for Certification is partially impacted. Records can be uploaded but won’t enter CCMS until the system is restored.
We will inform you immediately as new information is made available to us. Updates, as they come available, will also be posted to the “Latest News” section of The IIA’s global website (https://global.theiia.org).
