A critical component of how The IIA interacts with customers and members will undergo transformation this weekend 15, 16, 17 June 2018, when membership data will migrate from the existing Association Management System to a new Customer Relations Management (CRM)-based membership module that allows for a more streamlined, reliable experience.
As the data conversion gets underway, the following IIA systems and websites will not be accessible beginning at 2:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, 15, June:
• IIA Global website (www.globaliia.org)
• North America website (www.theiia.org)
• IIA Global hosted Affiliate websites
• Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS)
• Institute Center (membership management platform)
All systems and websites are expected to be back up late Sunday (EDT), 17 June, after tests, validation, and implementation processes are successfully completed.
The conversion to a new Customer Relations Management-based membership module is part of The IIA’s overall Data Transformation project, which will include many other changes and new components over the coming months.
