IIA Global update for certification customers
The IIA has a long history of offering certification programs that are credible, valuable, and secure. We strive every day to provide our certification holders and candidates with a positive experience, including use of our Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS). Unfortunately, we recently experienced unexpected outages that impacted our websites and related systems, including CCMS.
All systems are back online, however, the outages have resulted in an unusually high volume of user interactions at this time. In addition, we’re in the high season of CPE reporting.
We regret that you may experience a slower response time in accessing the system and from Customer Relations.
Our IT, Certification and Customer Relations teams are working to improve system performance and response time. We ask for your continued patience.
