Dirk Stroes is Partner People Advisory Services at EY. His areas of expertise are Change Process and Implementation, Business Transformation, and HR Strategy. Over the years, Dirk has supported global and local organizations in realizing large scale transformations, helped to improve HR functions and defined workforce (talent) strategies in order to enhance the performance of their most important asset; their employees. Both individually and leading large teams, he has helped several multinationals to execute their change programs and to improve their HR and Talent development capability, in The Netherlands as well as internationally.
