Prof. dr. Leen Paape is professor Corporate Governance and chairman of the Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute. His career revolves around helping, analyzing and managing organizations’ efforts to use risk management more effectively to pursue their goals. It is his ambition to promote the wellbeing of organizations in general and their employees in particular, to create a climate in which people can apply their talents and contribute to achieving extraordinary results and, above all, where they enjoy their work.

Over de presentatie
Paape is op 6 september 2018 aangesteld als hoogleraar Corporate Governance aan Nyenrode Business Universiteit. De inaugurele rede van Paape is getiteld ‘Corporate governance: de oogkleppen van het paard en de blik van de adelaar. Waarom het belangrijk is het geheel te zien en niet alleen de losse delen’. In zijn rede roept hij ons allen op onze blik te verruimen en voortdurend te focussen op de toekomst. Daar zal hij tijdens zijn presentatie verder op ingaan.
