IIA Nederland: Benchmark Place: Ambition Model + Scorecard

Benchmark Place is an application developed in collaboration between European Institutes members of the IIA. Available real-time, anonymized, secured and compliant with the GDPR, it is accessible free of charge to Chief Audit Executives members of The IIA. Benchmark Place is made up of two aligned modules for self-assessment and benchmarking yourself with your peers: the Ambition Model and the Scorecard.

The Ambition Model is an application for self-assessing your strategic position: assessing the status of your audit service, defining your ambitions and defining the roadmap for moving from the current level to the next level of ambition.

Scorecard is the real-time benchmark application for assessing yourself on the operational level, as foundation for strategic choices and to build operational action plans.

Benchmark Place is accessible free of charge to Chief Audit Executives members of The IIA.
