This course is for those who are seeking to expand their knowledge of what can be done with the new wave of Generative AI, covering the formulation of an AI strategy for internal audit, model features, advanced prompting and applications. Created specifically for internal auditors, this is a course designed to supplement the  “AI for IA – Level 1: An introduction to artificial intelligence for internal auditors” course. It is for those who are seeking to expand their knowledge of what can be done with the new wave of Generative AI, covering the formulation of an AI strategy for internal audit, model features, advanced prompting and applications, as well as a discussion on what possibilities the future may hold in the context of this technology. 

What will I learn?

Upon completion you will be able to:

  • Review the key components of an effective AI strategy for internal audit
  • Identify more advance use cases for Generative AI and related technologies in thecontext of internal audit.
  • Construct advanced prompts to optimise response & build your first mini custom GPT.
  • Conduct informed discussion on the future developments of AI in the context of IA.

 

  • Building an AI strategy for IA – for the function and the team.
  • LLM Model Features
  • Advanced Prompting and use cases (eg. building a basic IA centric mini GPT/Copilot)

Who should attend?

Pre-requisite for attendance to the AI for IA Level 2 training is either attendance of the Level 1 training or other IA centric AI literacy training that includes prompt engineering, AI terminology and concepts, AI risk awareness as a minimum. You should be familiar with core LLM Model features such as Projects, Canvas, Pages, Artefacts, Custom Instructions and Memory.  This course will be of value to internal auditors who are on their AI journey and are wanting to explore even greater possibilities. Heads of audit and those with leadership responsibility will benefit from the course as a stimulant for their AI strategy development and how to galvanise their teams on their AI journey.

Responsible for internal audit, risk management and code of conduct in listed multi-national corporations. Stephen has worked in a diverse range of industries and global businesses for more than 30 years. He is an experienced business controller, project director, CFO and CAE.
