The 2025 edition of Risk in Focus (RiF) has once again highlighted Human Capital as the second biggest risk. It is also expected to remain in the top three for 2028. However, the internal audit efforts on this topic have not yet aligned with its importance. Chief Audit Executives anticipate a significant increase in the time their Internal Audit Functions (IAFs) will dedicate to this area in the coming years.
