Topvrouwen Event

Following the success of the first session last year, this concept will be repeated. Once again, this is a great collaboration between IIA Nederland and our partner Forvis Mazars.

Today's environment calls for a new approach to leadership. Leaders increasingly operate at the intersection of strategy, governance, compliance and organisational transformation. Success in this environment requires more than technical expertise alone. It demands strong communication skills, effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to inspire, influence and drive change.

During this inspiring event for female leaders, we will explore how to strengthen those capabilities and increase your impact. Together with keynote speakers Virpi Vuorinen (CAE ING), Leontine van der Goes (Supervisory Board Member at, among others, AFM and Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis) and Bianca de Jong-Muhren (Chair of the NBA), we will discuss what leadership requires today and how to continue developing it in practice. You will leave with valuable perspectives and practical tools to further develop your leadership style and apply it with confidence.
