CAE-POLL: Reporting Lines in line with GIAS and Code CG

IIA Netherlands conducted a short CAE-poll on the governance of the IAF and its reporting lines. This is an important topic, both for its independence and for its effectivity. 
The overall conclusion is that the governance and reporting lines of the members of IIA Netherlands are largely in line with the requirements of the Standards and the principles of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. However, there are differences.
