IIA Global Headquarters is pleased to announce new Single Sign On (SSO) technology for all Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) users. The new SSO will streamline candidates’ usage of CCMS and The IIA’s global website.Once implemented, individuals will only need one set of credentials (user name / password) to access both The IIA website and CCMS. Who is affected?
All individuals who use CCMS are affected. Please refer to the IIA Website Activation and Password Reset Instruction document which outlines the process for activating or resetting your credentials for web use. How can I prepare for the change?
It is critical that you prepare now for the transition. Between now and 15th May you will need visit The IIA global website and follow the Activation and Password Reset Instructions (referenced above). Once you are able to log into The IIA’s website you will be able to use SSO with no issue.
