Practical
Location
The whole day and evening program takes place in
Theater Flint in Amersfoort on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th June. The location is
easily accessible by car and public transport.
From Amersfoort Centraal Station, there are four buses going to Flint. Bus 5 stops at stop 'de Flint'. Bus 6, 7 and 296 stop at 'Kamp/De Stier', a 5 minute walk from Flint. From the A28 (near the junction with the A1) take exit 8 Hoevelaken/Amersfoort.
Accommodation
The conference rate does not include hotel accommodation. You can book a room directly at one of the following hotels. On booking (by telephone or online) please mention that you will attend the IIA Conference. This ensures that we can arrange an appropriate shuttle service in due time for the right number of people. The shuttle service between the hotel and the conference venue will go in the morning and the evening. Of course you can always choose a different hotel.
Rates and discounts for group registration
Below are the rates for attending the conference. This includes the dinner and the party, but excludes the accommodation.

There are special rates for group registrations.
- For a group registration of 10 to 20 participants, the costs are €795 per person.
- For a group registration of more than 20 participants, the cost are €695 per person.
